HISTORY

Sag Tools was founded in 1973 as the Pipe Shaping department for the production of all the necessary equipment for pipe manufacturing in various sectors, primarily in automotive. In 2013, Sag Tools separated from Sagom Tubi and subsequently became part of Sag Group, becoming the group’s reference point for the design and construction of bending equipment, shaping equipment, welding masks, assembly tools, drilling tools, and inspection equipment, as well as equipment for rubber tube extrusion. In 2015, due to the constant growth in demand and the enhancement of internal resources, the “Automation” division of Sag Tools was created, focusing on the design, construction, and installation of custom automatic machines and integration of systems in tube manufacturing processes. Thanks to this division, Sag Group’s subsidiaries have become particularly competitive in the market, consistently finding innovative and customized technical solutions in terms of efficiency and production performance. Over the years, the company has developed high-level competencies in design and construction, expanding its supply relationships beyond Sag Group and collaborating with major brands in the field of tube bending and shaping, among others. The team consists of an engineering office with fully in-house design made up of engineers and draftsmen; production includes programming technicians, and the company is supported by procurement, quality, logistics, and assembly departments for automatic machines.
